If you love baking a Christmas cake but feel that your decorating skills could use a little work, or perhaps you have tried covering cakes with fondant but it is never quite smooth enough, then this is the class for you!
This class will provide you with the skills and knowledge to create beautiful Christmas cakes for years to come.
You can bring your own home baked traditional fruit cake sized between 6-8" or we can provide you with one of our 6" traditional fruit cakes (or +£20 for an 8" cake)
You will master the art of creating a flawless marzipan base and fondant finish. You will complete your cake design with a selection of your very own Christmas decorations using a variety of easy to master sugar craft techniques.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the course, all you need to bring with you is an apron, maybe a notebook and lots of enthusiasm.
This class is suitable for bakers of all levels.
