Have you been to the Cake Shed Boars Hill?

I’m Charlotte of Charlotte Jane Cakes and 3 months ago I decided to set up a Cake Shed outside my cake studio on Boars Hill, Oxford (168 Wootton Village, Boars Hill, Oxford OX1 5HW). It has been amazing how many people have come and bought cake!! So, what’s for sale in a cake shed? I stock mine each week with delicious homemade slices of cake, NYC cookies and scones. I’ve made hundreds of wedding cakes over the past decade and even made an appearance on the GBBO an extra slice. With this experience I should know a thing or two about baking. All my cakes etc are £2.50 each and presented in easy individual portions, so everyone can pick their favourites.

This autumn, I will be launching my “Cake Shed by post”, so anyone in the UK can enjoy my bakes. My cake menu changes every week; however, favourites are a constant. For example, my lemon drizzle cake has been on the menu every week since the beginning. If I’m here, then I can make you a tea or coffee.
