Hen Parties and Children's Parties

Charlotte Jane Cakes can be hired for a Cupcake Decorating Hen Party or adult birthday parties. This is a great start to a hen weekend when all your friends are getting to know each other. Charlotte can be booked subject to availability on either on Saturday mornings or afternoons for Hen Parties. She comes to you so that could either be your home, a hotel/restaurant that you have arranged a separate room or a holiday property. Any of the locations need to have a table large enough to seat everyone comfortably. Charlotte will bring everything that you need to complete your cupcakes. 

With tutoring from Charlotte you will learn how to use a variety of tools, cutters and moulds to create your decorations. Next you will move onto the piping, where you will use different nozzles to create a range of piping effects. Finally you will complete your collection of 6 freshly baked vanilla cupcakes by bringing everything together.

Prices start from £50 per person with a minimum of 8 hens or for larger groups of 18-30 hens from as little as £35 per person (decorating 4 cupcakes). All booking with a minimum of 10 paid hens will receive a FREE place for the bride to be!

Package includes

• 2 hours of fun-filled cupcake decorating
• You will learn how to make beautiful decorations both by hand and using our specialist tools
• Charlotte will teach how to pipe a selection of her favourite American Frosting swirls onto six freshly baked and wonderfully moist vanilla cupcakes
• You will then bring everything you've learnt together to transform the naked cupcakes into adorably embellished beauties
• Each hen will leave with six lovingly decorated cakes, to take home in a Charlotte Jane Cakes cupcake box

 

Charlotte has been holding children's cupcake decorating parties since she established Charlotte Jane Cakes in 2011. Her cake decorating parties are heaps of fun and she will help to take the stress out of planning your child's party. Charlotte come to you, so ideally you need to be within 20 miles of Oxford where she is based. All you need is a table and chairs that will be big enough to accommodate all the children and Charlotte brings everything else.

Packages start at £250 for up to 10 children and any additional children charged at £25 each up to a maximum of 25 children. Ideally the children should all be aged between 7-16 years.
