Shipping policy

All of our goods are dispatched using Royal Mail via 'Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48' service in packaging which fits through a regular letter box. Orders are currently dispatched on Tuesday and Wednesday every week.

 

If Charlotte Jane Cakes Limited receives no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods as described and with no problems.
